Use this form to request the Schematic Design Package. This stage is best when you have a direction and want a coherent, buildable plan before investing in permit drawings—aligned to the realities of the building site (by-law constraints, site conditions, servicing, and budget).

Important: If key inputs are not yet documented (usable survey/topo, confirmed zoning/by-law interpretation, budget reality-check), we may recommend a Design Feasibility & Risk Review first to reduce rework and permit delays.

What happens next

• We'll review your information and confirm whether the Schematic Design service is the right next step (or whether a feasibility review should come first).
• We'll reply with a short proposal outlining the scope of work and describe next steps to make it ready for the final phase - construction and permit-ready drawings.
