  • Phase 1 - Pre-Design analysis (10% effort allocation)
  • Phase 2 - Concept Design (50% effort allocation)
  • Phase 3 - Construction Drawings (30% effort allocation)
  • Phase 4 - Construction Support (10% effort allocation​​)
Existing Designs:
  • Overall Cost: (0.75 - 1.5% of construction budget)
  • Phase 1 - Pre-Design analysis (Not required)
  • Phase 2 - Design Review/Enhancement (Optional)
  • Phase 3 - Construction Drawings (90% effort allocation)
  • Phase 4 - Construction Support (10% effort allocation)​
