The Pursuit of Knowledge Continues

We've been rather busy these past few months.

Incredibly busy.
 
In addition to providing our clients with design services, permit ready drawings and helping them navigate the building permit application process(es) with various municipalities (that experience in itself is worthy of its own separate dialogue) , we have also managed to take the time to learn a new thing or two about designing and constructing healthy, comfortable and safe homes.

We were lucky enough to be accepted into and attend the training and education program for Housing 2.0 and completed the courses in March 2023.  As a result of the insight and knowledge gained from the training provided, we're really happy to be able to assert that we are now on the cusp of riding the crest of the wave for the disruption that is going to hit the housing industry.

For example, although we already provided digital plans that are prepared in 3D allowing for sun-shade studies and the optimization of the site/building orientation, we learned why this is important - and surprisingly - very few firms have the capability to do so. But we do.

Although we already also provide Software as a Service (SaaS) for our clients we learned we are one of the few to do so in the manner described as a disrupting methodology in the Housing 2.0 manner. That too puts us out there on the leading edge. 

In fact, there were so many services we discovered we were already implementing and providing in our workflow, the Housing 2.0 program provided us with a great deal of insight why this is essential for the success of our projects, and you, our clients.

That's pretty exciting news and confirms we've been doing things the right way, all along. And that is something I felt that is worth sharing.
