Most residential projects don’t need an all-inclusive package on day one. This 2–3 minute quiz recommends the best starting point based on your project’s certainty, complexity, and timeline and shows a progressive path you can upgrade through as decisions become documented.

Rule of thumb: If it’s not documented (survey, municipality email, written budget worksheet, utility quote), it’s uncertainty. Uncertainty later becomes schedule pressure, pricing spread, and change orders.
